Burning Man is a network of people inspired by the values reflected in the 10 Principals* and united in the pursuit of a more creative and connected existence in the world. All year long, these artists, musicians, visionaries, crafts people, DJ’s, builders and organizers from around the world work to create their contributions to a city that only exists for one week at the end of summer -- Black Rock City, home of the original, and largest, Burning Man gathering where they nurture the distinctive culture that has emerged from that experience.

  2. Gifting

  3. Decommodification

  4. Radical Self-reliance

  5. Radical Self Expression
